An experiential and exclusive retreat (maximum 8 participants) at the beautiful Agriturismo Monte Sereo, located in the stunning natural scenery of the Euganean Hills.

A peaceful escape where we'll spend 7 unforgettable days combining ceramic artistry with Italian culinary traditions. Learn to hand-shape traditional Puglian orecchiette and craft authentic pizza, while creating your own ceramic vases and decorative plates using ancient maiolica techniques.

  • 1° day — Arrival & check-in, Rest, Explore.
    Arrival by own means and check-in
    at Agriturismo Monte Sereo, surrounded by the nature of the Euganean Hills.
    Rest of the day at leisure.
  • 2° day — Day at leisure
    Breakfast. The day is yours — relax at the agriturismo or explore the region. Venice, Padua and Verona are easily accessible for day trips. We'll provide a detailed brochure with recommended places to visit and practical information.
  • 3° day — Orecchiette Workshop,
    Lunch together.
    Breakfast. Afterwards, join a hands-on course where you'll learn
    to make traditional Puglian orecchiette. Knead the dough and shape the iconic pasta with your own hands, then savor your handmade orecchiette cooked and dressed with three different sauces during
    a convivial lunch. Afternoon free to relax.
  • 4° day — Free Morning, Maiolica ceramics, Aperitivo workshop.
    In the afternoon, join us for a ceramic workshop paired with aperitivo. Decorate your own plate while learning about maiolica, a traditional Italian decorative technique dating back to the 13th century.
    You'll take home a unique, original piece created by you (fired and shipped by us, included in the price), all while enjoying aperitivo offered by us.
  • 5° day — Coil-built vase, Pizza masterclass, Hands-on dinner.
    Breakfast. During the morning, you'll take part in a ceramic modelling workshop where you'll create a vase with your own hands using the coil-building technique. You'll truly get hands-on to craft your own authentic piece, which will then be glazed by us and shipped to your home.
    In the afternoon, pizza-making class. A true symbol of Italy, pizza captivates everyone with its irresistible aroma, golden and crispy crust, and every bite bursting with the flavors of tomato, mozzarella, and fresh basil. During the class, you'll discover all the secrets to preparing an excellent pizza with your own hands, which we'll all enjoy together at the end. An experience that brings authentic Italian culture to life.
  • 6° day — Relaxation, Wine tasting, Sommelier experience.
    Breakfast. Free day to relax and explore at the leisure. In the evening, wine tasting led by an experienced sommelier who will guide you through the discovery of different labels.
    During the tasting, you'll learn about the characteristics of each wine, the grape varieties, production techniques, and ideal food pairings. Through colors, aromas, and flavors, the sommelier will reveal the story of the territory and the unique personality of each wine, making the experience both engaging and educational.
  • 7° day — Olive grove tour, Oil tasting, Local tradition.
    Breakfast. Later in the morning, join a sensory olive oil experience. Begin with a walk among the estate's olive trees, where you'll learn about the history of the olive grove and discover cultivation and harvesting techniques. Observe various olive varieties and explore the connection between the land, climate, and oil quality.

    This is followed by a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oils led
    by an expert. Sample a selection of oils, both on their own and paired with local bread, as you learn to recognize their aromas, flavors, and distinctive characteristics.
  • 8° day — Farewell breakfast, Departure
    Breakfast. Check-out and farewell. Safe travels home with your memories and newly gained experience!
